FLU SHOT CLINIC

In the Human Resources Office at the Downtown Campus

The Corcoran is sponsoring a Flu Shot Clinic for students, faculty, and staff on Thursday, October 18th from 11:30am to 1:30pm in the new Human Resources Office located off the Atrium. The price is only $10.00 per person. If you wish to sign up, fill out the Release Form (check your Corcoran email) and return it to the Office of Student Affairs with $10.00 cash or check (make checks out to Corcoran Gallery of Art).

Release form AND payment must be received by noon on Friday, October 12th to receive your flu shot.
