Free Influenza (Flu) Vaccines to Degree Students

Next week, the Corcoran will host a two day Influenza (Flu) Vaccine Clinic at both the Downtown and Georgetown Campuses. Complimentary vaccines will be administered by health care professionals from the Farragut Medical and Travel Care. Degree seeking students who would like to be vaccinated and meets the standard Center for Disease Control and Prevention requirements are eligible. Participation is voluntary and students are NOT REQUIRED to be vaccinated. You must be a degree seeking (Graduate or Undergraduate) student to take advantage of this opportunity.

If you would like to receive a FREE flu vaccine, please carefully read the attached information and complete the permission form. In the interest of time, please bring a copy of a completed permission form along with your Corcoran Student ID. This is a first come first serve basis. Questions? Email studentaffairs@corcoran.org.
