Visitor Services Representative

This position is located at the Museum admission desk.

This person will be responsible for providing information to the museum visitor, issuing tickets, providing direction and capturing visitor data via surveys. In addition, they will also be responsible for maintaining cash drawer balances, cash/credit transactions, and their recap at close of business. They also must be comfortable interacting with the public and have a helpful friendly demeanor. Weekend work will be required.
