Spring 2011 Deadlines and Guidelines for Undergraduate Internships

January 20, 2011

Undergraduate students who plan on registering for internship credit during the Spring 2011 semester must contact Stephanie Moos in the Office of Student Affairs to discuss internship guidelines/requirements and registration procedures. The Undergraduate Internship Contract is required to receive credit and it can be picked up at the Office of Student Affairs. It must be filled out completely with signatures from the internship supervisor and the department chair before being submitted to Stephanie Moos by February 2, 2011.

Scuplpture Lab Cleanout

Over the winter break students should take home completed projects and materials stored in the wood and metal storage areas.  Due to obvious space limitations students not enrolled in a Spring 2011 sculpture class can not continue to store projects in the storage area.  Students who will be continuing projects in another sculpture class  in the Spring 2011 semester must do the following:

* Label projects with "Name, Date, Teacher, Course Number

*Faculty should indicate sheet goods and lumber for their class with "Name & Semester"
