FRONTIERS: A Journal of Women Studies Call for Art

Frontiers: A Journal of Women Studies is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary journal of scholarship, creative work, and personal essays. Frontiers seeks art submissions that critically engage issues of gender, race, ethnicity, class, sexuality, and place. We are interested in all kinds of creative work; however, the art must photograph well in black and white or color.

Study Abroad, Mobility, and NY Studio Program for Fall 2010

Students who are interested in participating in study abroad programs, AICAD mobility, or the New York Studio Program during the Fall 2010 semester should make an appointment to meet with Stephanie Moos, Associate Director of Student Affairs, to discuss deadlines and application requirements. Even though some of these deadlines are a few months away, it is always best to start early on your applications. We will help you to submit all of the required materials.

Turner to Cézanne Opening Breakfast

All Corcoran degree students are invited to a free breakfast celebrating the opening of the Turner to Cezanne exhibition. The breakfast will take place this Thursday morning, January 28th, at 9 a.m. on the Bridge (second floor of the Gallery). The show’s galleries will be open for you to wander through.  There is no need to RSVP – just show up and don’t forget your Corcoran ID. We hope to see you there!
