Join printers and poets for the opening reception of Superstition at Open Studio DC on Saturday, May 4, 6:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Students in the Corcoran’s MA program in Art and the Book collaborated with poets in the Washington, D.C., area to create a series of prints inspired by the theme “superstition.” Work will be on display until the end of May.
Adjunct Gabriella Bulisova will participate in OPEN SHOW DC "Our America: Social Issues and Circumstance". The evening will include a sample of her photographs and her multimedia presentation on formerly incarcerated women and men in Washington, D.C. There will also be presentations addressing such diverse subjects as DC public schools, small town development, social stratification and division in the south, and recognition of military benefits for LGBT partners
Apologies, but once again there will be no Librarian Office Hours at Georgetown today (04/11). Please visit us in the Library on the Downtown campus, or call, e-mail, or IM chat your questions to us from Georgetown or home.
