Dining, shopping, entertainment, and two Corcoran campuses are all within walking distance from Corcoran student housing in the popular Foggy Bottom neighborhood. In addition to its close proximity to restaurants, boutiques, and theaters, it’s a location that’s convenient to grocery stores, pharmacies, and just three blocks from the Foggy Bottom station on the Blue and Orange Metro lines and several bus routes. Corcoran student housing is reserved for incoming first-year students, but is open to undergraduate students who are under 24 years of age. The Corcoran does not offer on-campus housing for graduate students. We encourage upperclassmen and graduate students to use our Off Campus Housing website to seach for housing or roommates in the area.
