Sensory Overload

July 7–August 1, 2010

The Corcoran College of Art + Design is pleased to announce our Summer 2010 Juried Exhibition, Sensory Overload. The all-media show will feature artwork that integrates at least two or more of the five senses into a single work or group of artworks, and aims to explore the physiological methods of perception using textures, sight, sounds, smells, and/or tastes.

Internships at the Corcoran for Summer/Fall 2010

The Corcoran Gallery of Art offers internships for graduate and undergraduate students. Based on a program of supervised learning, Corcoran internships provide students with an opportunity to learn about museum operations and to pursue academic and professional goals.
