Because of the volcanic ash from Iceland, Paul Johnson is unable to fly out of England.

Downtown Campus Accessibility

Downtown Campus Accessibility on Thursday, April 15 and Friday, April 16

Beginning on Thursday, April 15th please be aware that there will be catering equipment and plastic lining the floors throughout the areas surrounding White Halls, White Walls, 14’s classrooms, and outside of the darkrooms in preparation for the annual Corcoran Ball. On Friday afternoon, unless absolutely necessary, please try and avoid this area. All things will return to normal operation Saturday morning. Please be careful when moving through the space.

Bernard Welt, Professor of Arts and Humanities, will be featured in an interview on "Metro Connection" with Stephanie Kaye on WAMU 88.5, Friday, April 16, from 1–2 p.m. The interview previews an upcoming panel entitled "Persistent Voices: Poetry by Writers Lost to AIDS," which will be hosted by the National Academy of Sciences on April 22.
