Open to any student enrolled in a program of BFA, MFA or Associate degrees in art, all works are primarily made of the student’s own handmade paper. Entries were received from programs around the United States, and 40 artists were chosen for exhibition—including Corcoran alumna Lynette Spencer. Awards include a student board membership from Hand Papermaking magazine and residencies at Southwest School of Art, San Antonio, TX, and Traveling Tides Studio in Delaware.
