The day the music died is a day to be mourned, but the day the library photocopier's voice died is a day to be celebrated. We finally figured out how to silence the incessant beeping of our faithful photocopier machine. You will also be pleased to know that we will no longer be using our blaringly loud receipt printer. We want the library to be your place to "Explore. Discover. Create." not a place to get a headache! Tell us how else we can improve.
Update (1:14 pm) - We continue to experience intermittent connection problems to various Corcoran Library databases. We are working with the Corcoran IT Department and our database vendors to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.
Update (4:32 pm) - We believe we have identified the reason we are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with several of our databases and have begun taking steps to resolve the issue. In part, this required us to contact our database vendors, and we are now awaiting action on their part. You should see service to all our databases begin to return. If you are still experiencing problems accessing any of our databases, try clearing the cache in your browser, then restart your browser.
Some of the Corcoran Library databases are working through EZProxy and some are not. Try clearing your browser's cache and restarting your browser. You may be able to log into the databases. We will let you know when full service is restored. Thanks for your patience.
It was just brought to our attention that the EZProxy system that allows off-campus access to Corcoran Library databases is acting up. We have alerted the IT department and will be working to get that running as soon as possible. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us (IM chat, e-mail, call) if you need assistance accessing readings or conducting research. The databases are still working on campus.
