Tucker Walsh Wins Award of Excellence for "Weaving a New Beginning"

Tucker Walsh (BFA Photojournalism 2012) has been awarded an Award of Excellence in the 67th annual College Photographer of the Year competition. His "Weaving a New Beginning" won in the category of Individual Multimedia Story or Essay. The work chronicles two Zambian widows and a local non-profit, Chikumbuso, which helps women crochet and sell bags made from recycled plastics.
