Announcements for Faculty & Staff

Join Us!! You Belong @ The Corcoran Library Reception

In observance of National Library Week, you are invited to join us at our Library Reception on Friday, April 13 from 3-5PM.

Whether you are coming to…
Ask for Library fine amnesty,
Browse our growing DVD collection,
Read our selection of popular magazines,
Socialize with the friendly Library staff (who will never ever shush you),
Or simply coming for the free food and drinks
Please do not hesitate to come!

It's time to E-A-T BOOKS again!

It is with great gusto that we announce that the annual Corcoran E-A-T BOOKS festival is being held for the first time in the LIBRARY on Thursday, April 12 at noon!!

The highlight is always the poetry reading/eating by participants. Students, faculty, staff and administration, please come and if you can, contribute your edible book to share. If it looks like a book, acts like a book, or can be devoured like a book, we need it to make our library table a LITERARY FEAST.

YUM!! We look forward to seeing you there!

Library Closed Saturday, April 7

The Corcoran Library will be closed Saturday, April 7 in observance of Easter. We will re-open at 8:30 am Monday, April 9.

Library Fine Amnesty

Have an overdue book or a library fine? Stop by the Corcoran Library during National Library Week, April 8-14, and have your library fines forgiven. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

Unfortunately, we cannot forgive fines for lost materials, but we can work with you to replace the book.
