Database connection problems persist

Update (1:14 pm) - We continue to experience intermittent connection problems to various Corcoran Library databases. We are working with the Corcoran IT Department and our database vendors to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience. 

EZProxy down interrupting off campus access to databases

It was just brought to our attention that the EZProxy system that allows off-campus access to Corcoran Library databases is acting up. We have alerted the IT department and will be working to get that running as soon as possible. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us (IM chat, e-mail, call) if you need assistance accessing readings or conducting research. The databases are still working on campus. Our apologies for the inconvenience. 

Librarian office hours at Georgetown Thursdays noon-4pm

For the remainder of the fall semester, librarian office hours at Georgetown will be held noon-4 pm on Thursdays, unless otherwise posted on the CL website and Facebook page. Look for Jacqueline Protka in the Student Lounge or around the building for help with finding articles, books, or images; guidance on research strategies; or just to chat. 

Off-campus access to CL databases restored!

The EZProxy server is back online and off-campus access to CL databases is restored, thanks to our trusty IT team. If you continue experiencing problems, please contact the Library at 202-478-1544. If you need a refresher on logging into CL databases from home, watch this brief video tutorial. Thanks for your patience!
